Measure the cream cheese and let it sit at room temperature to soften. Set aside.
Place a 9-inch pie pan on top of a piece of parchment paper and trace around the bottom of the pie pan with a pencil to make an 8-inch circle.
Use clean scissors to cut out the circle.
Place it in the bottom of the pie pan.
Process pecans, oats, and salt in a food processor or blender until finely ground.
Add dates and process until finely ground, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
Remove about a teaspoon of the mixture and press it into a ball. If it does not hold together, add 1 teaspoon of water and process again. Repeat if needed until it easily forms a ball.
Transfer the mixture to the pie pan. Press with your fingers to evenly to cover the parchment paper.
Freeze while preparing the other ingredients.
Gently rinse the berries in a colander and drain thoroughly.
Pat dry with paper towels.
Stir cream cheese and maple syrup together in a small bowl.
Spread evenly over the crust.
Arrange berries on top of the cream cheese.
Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour. Or serve immediately.
Wash the dishes and clean up the kitchen.

Substitute walnuts for pecans.
Nut-Free: Subsittute sunflower seeds for pecans.
Substitute raisins for dates.
Substitute honey or granulated sugar for maple syrup.
Substitute other fresh fruits such as blackberries, halved grapes, and sliced kiwi fruit. Or use canned fruit such as sliced peaches, pears, or mandarin oranges.
